Better Together the Canadian Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Service Dog Association provides information to the Public about mental health issues with a particular focus on PTSD. PTSD Service dog training and raising fund to provide trained PTSD service Dogs to Military Veterans First Responders victims of human trafficking and victims abuse including those in the LGBTQ community.

There is a minimum of a 2 year wait list for most individuals waiting for a PTSD service dogs from training services with a priority given to Military vets and first responders, often overlooking non service women and LGBTQ individuals. We here at Better Together the Canadian Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Service Dog Association are all inclusive, we are trying to cut that in half and with your help we can achieve that goal Please Help us to train the Service Dogs that will bring Peace to the minds of those victims of human trafficking, victims of abuse including those in the LGBTQ community and those who put their lives on the line to bring peace to us, our beloved  First Responders and Military Veterans.

At Better Together we hope to reach out to those individuals who may not be a priority for other service dog programs. Military vet and first responders almost always given priority for service dog availability, women and those in the LGBTQ community often are overlooked or ignored. We at Better Together are all inclusive organization !  Through the use of the "litter bomb" we hope to include and promote women and those in the LGBTQ community in each litter, to include them in our handler training program, so that within a few years, we will have many women and LGBTQ handler/trainers. These women and LGBTQ handler/trainers will also help our exposure and outreach potential within these communities. We hope to create a safe space for all.

We here at “Better Together” are on a mission, with your help we will be able to

  • To acquire and maintain a facility to assist in both our breeding and training programs.
  • Through our creative approach and use of “The Litter Bomb” we hope to create a system in which PTSD sufferers are directly involved in the training of their own Dog, will also assist future team member with puppy and obedience training.as well as out breeding program.
  • "The Litter Bomb" will allow us to reach women and those the LGBTQ community in each litter, no longer will they be ignored!
